During development phase you exchange ideas with the programmer or team leader and can directly influence the course of the project.

Your correspondent is authorized to take decisions and technically able to work out suitable solutions with you. Change requests can be considered short-term.

All programmers are at least certified IT specialists or have at least one academic degree.

You will exactly know what work has been done in your project by whom at what time. An up-to-date timekeeping-overview is available daily.

Internal tests or bug fixes that are necessary for mistakes that we made during development are always free.

In time-consuming projects you receive an interim bill on the first day of each month, that includes all programming hours that have been rendered in the previous month. This way you stretch the payment for large projects to convenient, small installments.

For website projects provides a free development server and a free beta test server on that you can trace the work progress.

You have access to all development processes and can directly influence the development, e.g. request changes & upgrades.

You can pause the development as long as you like at any time. will only bill the hours that have already been worked. Once you have solved the reason for the pause you can let the work continue.

All transactions and errors are recorded in the Bugtracker system, so that it becomes traceable who did what with what result at what time.

Your software receives inline comments. With these you can easily trace how it works.
