Symptom

Cause
The WordPress "Gutenberg" text editor is constantly communicating asynchronously with the server and repeatedly calling up the same functions there in a short time. The plugin behaves like an attack that wants to overburden the site by making frequent calls to the same function. A security software on the server therefore blocks the calling IP address.
Solution
Disconnect your DSL router's Internet connection, wait a few seconds, reconnect to the Internet. As a rule, your Internet access provider will give you a new IP address and you can immediately access the server again. If that does not work, find out your current IPv4 address of your Internet connection and contact support.
Then log in to Wordpress and deactivate the Gutenberg text editor or configure the editor so that it causes temporary caching of the content only after a long period of time in the minute range.
